Who we are

Prairie Path Shuttle Service provides transportation in Saskatoon and across Saskatchewan. Our website at prairiepathservices.ca provides service information and links to call, email, or book through Setmore.

Information you provide

When you call, email, or book a ride, you may provide your name, contact details, pickup and destination addresses, trip date and time, passenger count, and mobility or accessibility needs. We use these details to respond to your questions, arrange and confirm your trip, and provide the requested transportation.

Mobility and accessibility notes help us plan suitable transportation and assistance. Please provide only the information needed to arrange your ride; detailed diagnoses or medical histories are not needed in booking notes. This website does not send trip notes or mobility details to advertising tools.

Online booking through Setmore

Our Book Online links take you to our Setmore booking page. Information entered there is processed through Setmore and made available to Prairie Path for booking and trip arrangements. Setmore’s own cookies, technical data collection, and service providers are described in its Privacy Policy.

Phone and email communications are also handled through their respective service providers. We share trip details with the people arranging and providing your ride as needed for that service.

Website delivery and analytics

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and provides security and performance services. It may process technical request information, including IP addresses and traffic data, as described in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare may provide cookie-free visit and page-performance statistics through its Web Analytics service. When enabled, its performance beacon does not use tracking cookies. See Cloudflare’s Web Analytics data collection information.

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking are not currently installed on this website. The separate Setmore service has its own data practices as linked above.

Questions and requests about your information

Contact us to ask about information held for your trip, its retention, or a request to access, correct, or delete it. Some service records may need to be kept for booking, business, or applicable legal requirements.
